Several of my corporate clients have benefited from sessions on stress and anger management to address work related stress caused by their job, I have supported them to understand how behaviours can affect our relationship with ourselves and others.

I have extensive experience in supporting clients through stress & anger management related issues such as redundancy, grievances, job loss and pressures of promotion in addition to everyday stress caused by the corporate world.

• Feelings of stress and anger can be healthy, however, it is a case of knowing how to manage and express these feelings and understand the cause.
• Often pressure, expectation and lack of acceptance of vulnerability are contributing factors to stress at work.
• Hurt can manifest itself as stress or anger and is often related to a deeper issue.
• Body language and our behaviours towards each others can be interpreted in many different ways. It is important to understand how we are perceived and that this may be a very different way to how we imagine.
